Tradeaday, With all due respect this stock is trading at the current levels because 12 million shares have become free trading that have over 100% profit. This stock dropped as low as .485 on Monday without any word on this forum of a private placement. But you think that I should take responsibility for the current share price drop. Give your head a shake.

One of the points I was trying to make with regard to "this rumour". Is that those investors who participated in the last financing will not have the opportunty this time around so there will be greater motivation for those people to hold their shares instead of selling into the current weakness.
