Why didn't the company halt the stock before making yesterday's announcement.  Clearly some people knew that the news release was forthcoming because the stock price rose from 5 cents in December to 8 cents, pre announcement. I would have liked to grab up some shares but now it looks like I won't be able to get them for under 8 cents and if I wait too long we'll be talking 10 cents.
