I spoke to my stock advisor today who is now saying that "a deal" might not happen until the middle of the year.  I think the CEO hoped to be able to conclude an agreement sooner but as we all know the hardest deal to do is a done deal.  My advisor still believes "a deal" can be finalized but it is going to take much longer than most of us expected.
