But what LGC showed on that slide is not reality, it appears to be manufatured reality or statements that would be covered under the "forward looking statement" disclaimer.

If the freaking tax rate is 15% then it should be 15% on both lines UNLESS the financing did something to lower the rate!  Otherwise it is unfair to put it in the slide that way as the tax rate didn't change as a result of the financing.  Oh sure, it makes a good appearing "justification" for having signed up for the financing, but anyone who doesn't drink the Kool-Aid and can think for themself can see this flaw.  Perhaps the company is reeling over comments about the bad Sandstorm deal and they felt the need to try to justify it some how?

Sure appears to be misguided and misleading!
