Enough of your nonsense about no offers.  Do you know how this process even works?  Its an auction style, they put a due date on it, lets say January 18 which is one month from when the data room opened and everyone has to bid by that date.  The highest bid wins.  There are offers, they will wait until the data room closes, then review the offers and pick the best one.  It could take until the end of January by my calucuations before we hear a peep.
