RE: Private placement 20 million shares Well that is why I emailed the company, because the PP was for .12 cents but then the share price fell to .06cents. So did they postpone doing the financing until the share price rose again (hopefully, in these crummy markets) or were they unable to fill the PP because you could buy shares on the open market at .06? If they run out of money, what will their course of action be going forward, this is what I'm trying to find out. Good luck to you.
