I agree with you entirely.

Gold ozs in the ground are going for next to nothing...So why wouldn't you buy such companys as to throwing your money at "a hope and a prayer"...relying solely on the hope of a take out rather than have ozs in the bank with NUMEROUS other companies and a destiny driven by management?

We are in a market that no one in junior mining has ever seen before where you can buy great companies for nothing...why buy junk? (perspective is my opinion)
