RE: RE: new schedule

RE: RE: new schedule

Compliance HAS NOT submitted the Application/EIS yet. Once they do submit the Application/EIS to the Federal and Provincial regulators the timeline for "screening" the Application/EIS is 30 days. If  during the screening process, the Application/EIS is deemed to  contain all of the information requirements, then the 180 day (six month) review begins. After the review stage is completed, there's a 45 day timeline for the ministerial review and decision. A decision in Q2 is not going to happen, but depending on when Compliance finally submits the Application/EIS, and IF it passes the screening process, a decision in late Q3 or early Q4 is more likely.
