The fact that you haven't answered my questions regarding your background is pretty indicative that you're not super pumped to share the fact that you're inexperienced...

I have no problem with people on these boards who are new...I actually try to help (contrary to what you might think). However, the fact that you spout off like some "know it all"...makes me chuckle as it shows the rest of us how green you really are. "Rainy said this",  "Rainy said that" like some child hiding behind mom's skirt...

No question...Using the truth machine to punch holes in the ground is what's going to create value...but if you haven't got a 43-101 to take to a prospective client for the sale of a company...YOU"RE OUT TO LUNCH! Unless, you'd consider a big discount to the ozs in the ground.
