This looks more to me that McKenzie and Deslipped are jumping ship and Taylor is left to see what he can make of the financial situation the company finds itself in.  I think we will next learn that there will be some financial restructuring, unless Windsor Bancorp agrees to write a cheque as part of the management restructruing deal. 

 

Hope none of you bought the warrants at 1.5 cents.  Watch for them to be selling at 0.5 cents very soon.  Stock price should plunge too.  Just my opinion but I do think we are watching a train wreck in slow motion.
