Nope, they are there in the circular;

Steve Mendoza, Executive VP and Chief Engineer, sold 23,690 shares on Dec 10th, 2012, at a price of US$2.78, and another 11,077 shares on Dec 19th at the same price.

T. Alana Steele, General Councel and Chief Operating Officer, sold 181,000 shares on Jan 4th, 2013, at a price of $2.79.

 

And none of those transactions shows up on SEDI.
