I hope it closes tomorrow but the last raising took awhile... management says this is the last capital they will need to raise... so hopefully it won't be long and POET will be up for sale in all or part. The market doesn't believe or understand what could happen to the SP? It did have a value of $1 billion by evaluators... sooooo... Let 's be surprised and see a big bidding war... $2.5 billion would seem more appropriate with all the tech platforms poet changes.
