RE: RE: Status-check

RE: RE: Status-check

Hi Jabrylla, tx for this challenge ;), Also shareholder ;). And I'm purely guessing here!

Something doesn't add up here. Because we don't understand or are aware whats behind the scenes ;)

* If this stockbroker had been that supportive, then he would have taken part in the PP, and not buy shares from Michael a couple of months later. Info was not available and books needed to be closed, stock brokers are no filantropic institutes, they're there to make money ;) think of it, and answer the next questions

* No matter how much you think you're friend with somebody, you don't give up on a large profit for someone elses sake, Unless you can make (both) money

* If now he indeed was doing this broker a favour, you wouldn't sell over the public market, then you would transfer the shares internally. Broker a favour??? he wants attention? Paid for a service? See world, we're good!

My thought/question, did they have major part in establising a deal coming. 265K on more than 6mill is with f.i. a 50% raise in share price a good bargain ;), huh, what did he "loose" ;)

JMHO, Hans
