A search I did last month shows Pinetree and Shelly ceased to be insiders on the dates you mentioned. They resumed insidership at the tail end of last year with Shelly appearing to keep all of his RRSP shares in that interim period when we couldn't track his movements on SEDI. This was a surprise to many of us since relentless selling kept on after Sheldon was below the insider threshold and with the same intensity as it had before. Turns out someone else must have been selling through anon at the same time.

Anyway, that was more info than you asked about. Bottom line is that there is no discrepancy because Shelly/Piney did indeed cease to be insiders and then bought back in before and during the 0.23 PP.
