The other day I was reflecting on how I found AMW, someone had posted about this stock late last year on another board I was following. Most of the time I don't pay any attention when people spam like that, always feels like a pump-and-dump.  But sometimes when that poster is someone I recognize and seems to share similar sentiment to my own I'll got check it out as I'm always wondering how other investors decide on their picks (again not those pump-and-dumpers!). Anyway I was familiar with FIS having been in and out of them around the time of the Hathor deal and then when this poster mentioned AMW and the PLS discover I took a hard second look and I'm happy I did. Over the christmas break I was able to accumulate my position till right now this is my largest holding...

My point is that when someone you recognize, who you know to post thoughful or insightful messages, recommends a stock or even a sector it might be a good idea to look into it instead of just dismissing his message as spam...   You might be happy ya did...
