RE: RE: RE: RE: Crying

RE: RE: RE: RE: Crying

Sorry I think you’re wrong again.

First: You maybe mean that HREE are much more valuable than LREE. But I speak about fallen prices and HREE prices come down too. Moreover Molycorp was producing LREE only but (please read the news at the HP of Molycorp) then you see they are mining and selling HREE now.

Second: Quest will not only mine HREE. The portion of HREE is higher than at Molycorp but this was not the point. Nobody denies that extra resources are nice but this was not the point too. The point is that Quest has missed to point out figures, delayed the study and did not give any explanation where the drilling results are. You do not ask yourself this question?

Also 6 month is a very long time again where I do expect uncertainty (and that is the worst case for the share price) about the cost escalation which is making the project unlikely to turn into reality.

I ask you if you have an idea of how long a 165 kilometer road is. Exactly this is a very, very long road.

And you maybe can image the cost of a port and all the permits (and time and fights it takes to get such permits) you need to build a port?

Moreover what we have then? A very long road, a port and how about power supply?

Even for that Quest has to sell hundreds of millions of stock and has no mine or equipment.

That WAS a good project with much more higher prices in rare earth. But after the boom in 2010 a lot of new supply and production capacity went online and prices declined and declined and will go on to decline. I explained why. And don't forget about the Chinese as I mentioned. It is not a good idea to look back because your 8.88 CAD came because the Chinese stop rare earth supply but investors look at the long term price when spending money or not and your 8.88 was a bubble that is over and I believe not to come back because supply and much more rare earth is available outside China.

All I write you can see reflected one by one looking at the share price.

The Quest news shows the management can’t hold an easy time line of a study.

Then you believe really they build a port (?) and building a mine they are faster? NO I think there will be no investor for this. Why should investors spend maybe 1 billion to build all when you can get LREE and HREE without any problem at low prices the same money.

I wish you good luck and can understand you but I really do not believe that Quest will bring Strange Lake into production. And many others will give up.

Just my opinion and you can have your opinion. No problem.
