RE: Why is NIL market value being given to Kiacta? I can't think of a single reason why they would want the stock price to go up unless it is for a financing and they certainly don't need financing now.
On the other hand there are plenty of reasons why it is advantageous to have the price where it is now after the horrific 30-1 reverse and further as you say little has been done to support the stock price, absolutely nothing. The stock is at all time lows. How nice if you are going to get stock in lieu of salary, stock awards etc. A killer position for us, but great for some.
