RE: RE: More Insider Buying

'waiting for the upside to track them down.'

I have absolutely no idea what this means.

Their strategy is wise and simple. Preserve funds, absorb knowledge gained from the huge sums their neighbours have spent on 3D seismics, asset acquisitions and drilling. Their farm in partner has access to vast amounts of Namibian seismic data. HRP's drilling campaign will help delineate the geology of Walvis Bay. From the results, ECO will be able to fine tune their 3D campaign. If HRP strike oil, ECO will have the most valuable acreage off-shore Namibia (besides HRP). If HRP hit dusters in Walvis Bay, we will still have other drills to look forward to and ECO's 3D campaign followed by interpretation and farm out.

I like the way they are doing nothing.....smart move letting their peers do the heavy lifting
