You could well be right about the value of the mill but that is only true if the mine is profitable. Were the mine to be closed and the equipment sold off I doubt you'd get 10 cents on the dollar. Loss making mines have a short life. Shareholders have a pressing need of a report on what is going on by an independent engineer but I suspect this is not about to happen.
