Have no idea if they indeed could not find another company that would fit in their master plan.

Personally, I think that Mercator (ML) would be an ideal buy now  at the ridiculously undervalued

shares.

My understanding is that a few of their management types did indeed go to Mercator, in

order to  streamline their expenses.

As per Yahoo:

Mercator market cap...$ 132.23 million.

Enterprise vallue.........$ 269.54 million.

Book Value..................$ 1.09/share.

Today's quote............. $ 0.42

A rough diamond underneath all that mud????
