Destinator, PEZ and Are u in Danial,

In terms of your posting today:

  1. Given your comments and I now include you as speaking on behalf of EXS.
  2. Yes, the dollars paid to a company owned by the president of Explor Resources whether it is foot noted in an audited statement. Being foot noted does not mean anyway that those transactions are or are not in conflict of interest of the shareholders. Is there an upcharge or management fee? Are there 3 quotes on every order?
  3. There needs to be great disclosure on that line for all shareholders. I would ask that you speak to Chris Dupont.
  4. Your comment: Your continued malicious and misleading statements are designed to harm this company and its shareholders”.  Firstly I am a shareholder. None of my comments are misleading but reflect my opinion and are fact based. As you have stated investors must do their own due diligence.
  5. As a shareholder I find it libellous that you suggest that my intent is to harm the company. My intent is to improve things and based on my business knowledge I question the decisions made by management that have continued to devalue the company.
  6. I would suggest that you examine the decision of management before you imply that you are holding anyone other than management accountable for losses incurred by myself and other shareholders. “All shareholders should hold you accountable for the damage that your tactics are causing this company and its shareholders”
  7. I assume this concludes this matter.
