Wrong perception? If you don't know history of these execs...SP at this stage does not truly reflect what companies in real are and can be... Not at this point at least .. I believe somebody else company xyz out there wanted to go for pace and mistimed it for some reasons and are not happy... And trying to wait out of the outcome of this merger... I trust on CHX because so far sounds like the best deal to bring out all three and give boost to SP and the corp. what other deals or options we have on hand unless you know something which we SH don't know yet ... Hmmmm... So far their offer ringing the best ...
