RE: Meetings postponed again Mike Shaikh has resigned from the Charger board of directors. Tom Buchanan has resigned from the Pace BOD and Cap'n Fred Woods has elected to step down. Now what do you suppose 'elected' means? Is that what happens when the CEO screws up big time? Pressure from the BOD or major shareholders?
That being said where are our resignations and elections to step down Cap'n William Gallacher ?
Time to start afresh and forget about mergers with dying Charger like companies....... IMHO
