Agreed CK3. The real litmus test here is to see if WIN's share price closes higher for the day.
I suspect the Market Makers are down to their last bit of tree-shaking prior to next week's Q4 & annual report.
The MM's strategy is to keep the stock as artificially low as possible in order to allow the volume of asks to build up for them to swoop in and scoop up stock up to a pre-determined price. The only way they can perpetrate this is by having nobody else step up to the plate and scoop up the stock ahead of them. One would think those institutions having a 'Buy' rating on the stock would put their money where their mouth is and buy more shares, but my guess is they are the ones who are behind this manipulation.
Just wish I had some more cash to buy a few thousand more shares myself....
