RE: RE: Bioniche One Health? Why? Tson...I used to wonder when the buying would start when BNC dropped below a buck.
Right now the market is anticipating one of 3 things. Firstly, a crippling financing, whether in be a deal similar to our most recent "March Break" loan or a brutally painful placement. A fist up the Rectum like we had a year ago perhaps! That would go over well in our extended period record low finance rates. There is nothing like cost certainty in business, no matter how torturously repressive that certainty may be, and more importantly appear to be.
Option two would be the disposal of assets at liquidation prices. How many times have we heard that possibilty since Lord McRae successfully de-risked the company years ago? When did we agree to re-risk the corporation?
Thirdly, many are expecting a complete run on cash and ultimate insolvency. It would be wonderful to see this option through to fruition with a plant that can't yet produce a product that today no one wants... "If only we had a few more months we could finally produce that vaccine no one is willing to pay for"! That would be a sweet pill to swallow.
None of these options are likely, but given the history of bad deals in worse situations, can you blame anyone for expecting anything but the worst here? As I said to another poster recently, blue sky at BNC normally fills with hundreds of Zeros loaded with torpedoes within a minute or two of day dreaming. It's perpetual Pearl Harbour.
What is likely is the cutting of a good, but not great, marketing deal for Urocidin with reasonable upfront cash. I would also expect a very " non threatening", inoffensive, term restricted and completely voluntary subsidy of Econiche that keeps the plant marginally afloat.
