RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Interesting.... I keep hearing this recently, and i sit back and shake/scratch my head at these comments. When a company has the mineral rights to such land, they don't own the topsoil that makes the parcel. Almost every piece of land is owned by a farmer, who puts hard effort into supplying food for our nation.
So you all know, i haven't gone through the books yet, but i'm gonna bet that almost all the rights ATK has, includes no surface parcel ownership... I'd go out on a limb and say that they don't even own the office they run out of.
