Hi F/S...thanks for taking the time to crunch the numbers...my dinner night, running behind schedule...yes, with cash in hand from financing and warrants, and perhaps sales, this might be enough to launch us off the venture. And as for Nasdaq, your suggestion of a reverse split may get us there for FDA. The mention of a reverse split can send a few nervous shareholders running, but in this case it may well be warranted, giving VRS greater US exposure at a critical time.
