 This whole SpyGlass merger is looking more and more like a scam. Now we know that Pace is also in trouble financially(IMO) along with Charger. Either our management are crooks for having gone along with this or incompetent. Keep in mind that they should have been fully aware of the true financial situation of both CHX and PCE before the merger announcement. To go and sell Elbow River knowing what was occuring with the other two companies financially, is criminal (IMO)...

 I changed my vote today concerning the merger. I have now voted against this merger. I urge all shareholders to do the same. I also urge the BOD to please step in and remove the corporate management team. Enough is enough...

 Folks, the Proxy Deposit Date is now March 22, 2013.
