Had a chat with PCE IR yesterday before the release - they are going "on the road" to flog this deal to the intstitutional investors that voted nay.  They are open to other offers, but will not state what avenues they are pursuing.

When faced with these situations - I always seek opinion from the most experienced, insightful people  -   Joe where are you buddy?..............
