they are like 5 KMs from an all weather road that i'm sure could be beefed up if need be and probably would have to be (i assume it links up with the TransCanada).  That is "not geographically challenged" .   The man (Fulp)  gave completely misguided information and does not have the Kahonnies to admit it .
