If I understand correctly, the travel ban was intended to prevent those accused of illegal enrichment from leaving Senegal, not from re-entering.

I am questioning what was the source of the alleged "illegal enrichment".

Could there be underlying problems in the whole mining sector in Senegal?  Could some of these claims come into question?

Why have IMG, TGZ and OLE all dropped so significantly?

Is it only because of the problems that have occured in Mali, Algeria and Nigeria?
