for pce, the management is not the biggest problem right now. maybe it was but its too late. the problem is pce is out of capital 13million will do nothing maybe change a couple tires. new management wont be able to do anything with no capx. spy capx program is 90million and focused on provost (chx)and southern alberta (pce). and yes you want to merge with avf beacuse of our capital as you seemed confused as to why.
