Sir Holler In Disarray Here is my take on reading between the lines on Holler's post...
"The stock in panic on large volume the last two days at lows not seen in a very long time. The company refuses to issue an update. We saw in the past where Schaeffer was told the quarter to come was significantly better. What is the status of last quarter given it is now concluded?"
Holler has moved to panic mode in the last two days not seen since the last time he was out of his position on wee. We saw in the past where holler pumped a significantly better future given all the related party quotes and psuedo fuzzy timelines. What is the status of the reality holler has created on this board?
"1. Has WEE been informed that it will not lose any installs(eg. Cenovus) due to the recent low Canadian oil prices as warned could happen in the MD&A. With oil prices having climbed up and Canadian oil prices back to normal for now this will be a relief if there are no loses."
1. Has WEE been informed that a field worker was killed using an unrealted piece of equipment 18.5 miles away from a powerwave install? Will management be relieved ot know that the workers family had insurance?
"2. Did WEE's stim and workover business in the U.S. normalize? The company lost ~$200,000 in U.S. stim and workover revenue in the last reported quarter and believed it was tied to budgets running out. Did this revenue in fact return or are there a longer term issue? That was a large collapse in business for one quarter. The quarter ending Feb is now over. Is the Canadian revenue continuing?"
2. Did Wee's revenue return to the reality I have created on this board? Would Wee appreciate if I up my rhetoric with stonger words like collapse and implode and spiral? Does anyone notice that we are exactly half way between reporting periods a "theoretical" low point if there were to be no news in this quarter other than financials? Hmmm And one more thing, you made $X last quarter in Canada: There's a posibility that revenue will drop to zero right?
"3. Is performance drilling now making a meaningful contribution to revenues/cutting the burn rate? They've now had five months since launch. How much revenue has now been generated. What are the field results? How much repeat business, and drill jobs performed?"
3. When we make more revenue with new products will we make more revenue? (NO that is not a typo: Come on holler will revenue cut burn rate???) My instant gratification is not satified could you roll out the new products faster. Will you stop working on sales and share all the intricate data with us? Will you tell us who, what and where the tools are used so competitors can track and counter our every move?
4. Why no timeline for the Petrobras deal after claiming it would be implemented in the fall? Is there now a timeline. Ecopetrol?"
4. Why for heavens sake have you not given in to my demands of semantic bating? I have to have dates and timelines in order to flip in and out of this stock. The deal is the material news of course but I want to know when the Fed-Ex truck left the warehouse and whether or not the customs agent was cute or cranky!!!
"5. Can't they provide more meaningful guidance? Halfway to cashflow positive? Cashflow positve? Profitability? We are in darkness given all of the uncertainty. The quarter ending Feb. is now over."
5. Can't you report more than once a quarter? My life is so dependant on the daily working of this company that I get very annoyed when I do not have anything to write about. I know revenues are growing quarter over quarter BUT is there coffee in the staff room at headquarters? You've never mentioned coffee before in the MD&A, I will assume the negative, how can you work if you do not have coffee? The sky is blue sometimes....
"Are they going to wait until the last date to report financials?"
Finally, I'm outside my Wee position right now can you give me heads up if you are going to report early? I know you have always reported in a timely fashion in the past but (just between you and me) I can make a few dollars off the clowns on Stockhouse if I slap you around a little during the quiet periods so how about you let me know a few days early so I can get back in......
