The  buyer  will   now  have   a  Free  Option   at    2.25   for    45  days  .  If    he  can   flip  it  for  a  profit   in  that  time  period   he  will   ; if  not   he  will   walk   from  the  deal  .  They  should  have  got   the  money  put  in  escrow  .
