Johan, I read it different.

This note says,

CMC metals is almost a production company, just longgg waiting for final BLM document
in the mean time we take care of secondairy money flow, move gold via external route
Bulk Silver in finall stage of payment, soon cash flow positive company ;)

Junior market is DEAD, CMC metals has the tools to seperate from the rest, just takes time.
