RE: Financing

RE: Financing

Hi all,

thanks for the answers. So if I understood correctly, DM plans an IPO rather than a spin-off (free shares to old shareholders) of DM Exploration? In that case a "newer" shareholder (without warrants) would have to invest money to participate in a potential discovery, right?

Or say it the other way around, at the moment a "newer" Shareholder could not really participate in a discovery, because he would not get any piece of the new company without investing in it... Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I still want to understand in which way the current sp would react if DM finds something on their 100% owned lands.

Does anyone know if DM would hold shares of the newco? (This would be the only way to participate then)
