Just read this news release THEN go read   Kulczyk Oil Ventures news and you'll see

higher reserves news coming in a few days. Of course I'm in KUB.

If that established my creds consider the following.

TAB drills oil in Trinidad which means no climate or product transport problems.

They have the state oil co for customer and get along with state as they are good

"citizan" type co. Worth checking out.
