Just looking at Altacorps  writeup post new financing, analysts Q4 estimate is revenue of $4.7 mil, for year revenue of $25.5 mil versus the estimate of $39.3 mil following March share issue. With a shortfall of $ 13.8 mil revenue the need to get out under any covenants of bank loans that would have hindered future operations was paramount. How will oil service activity fare in 2013? Just consider that the last time share price was this low, October 2010 WTI was 81.9. By the way its freezing in Ontario, more need for nat gas
