They are angry shareholders who have every right to be angy.
Honestly this whole thing was a massive rippoff for them.
There main problem is they cannot get through their anger to rationally comprehend that they have been backed into a corner and no longer have any choice.
They are acting like children by throwing a tantrum because they did not get their way. Their toys (dividends)were taken away and they have been told until they clean their room (vote YES on the merger) they can't have them back.
