The investment objectives for the Preferred Shares are to provide their holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash distributions in the amount of $0.05 per Preferred Share ($0.60 per annum or 6.0% per annum on the issue price of $10.00 per Preferred Share) until November 30, 2023 (the Maturity Date) and to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders on the Maturity Date. The Company will invest on an approximately equally-weighted basis in Portfolio Shares of the following publicly traded Canadian banks: Bank of Montreal; Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce; National Bank of Canada; Royal Bank of Canada; The Bank of Nova Scotia; and The Toronto-Dominion Bank. The Portfolio will generally be rebalanced on a quarterly basis, starting on September 30, 2020, so that as soon as practicable after each calendar quarter the Portfolio Shares will be held on an approximately equal weight basis.

I would agree to a point,  there have been a lot of shares traded in the 2-3 range no doubt and a lto of those shares I'm sure are new shareholders,  but when we compare the level of trading from the 6-9 dollar of previous times the volumes of shares traded  don't match I don;t think.

Over the past year and a half, I believe  the volumes are well below those of the earlier times when the shares were much higher value,  I would expect you might have 40-50% of retail and institutional with average prices  lower than let's say 6.00 and the remainder higher, meaning  if there was an offer for this company at 5.00 let's say  I believe it would be a fight to get the sale through  but that again is my simple minded belief.

 BTW my average is 3.04  so sure I would make a good profit,  but I have also held this stock for over 3 years a dead money in the 8's
