looking at blackrocks investment, 9.2%
ssgrx, the fund seeks long-term growth of capital in global energy and natural resources, utilities.
it does have dividend income in the fund and a lot of energy companies.
as a fund im sure they would much rather have spy then a radical move by nova to sell the company.
with blackrock locked up im sure they can break through the 66% easily.
I would think most funds are in the same boat and will vote yes, as they want to see growth and dont mind dividend income to add to the fund.
