Honest to God I just got off the phone with Darrell the guy that wrote it.

He told me not worry about the Blackrock, Inc. 14% block.

He says their "YES" vote is a no brainer.

He said all these guys that are running these three companies all live within a 10 block radius of each other and the whole business that goes on between them is incestous.
