All  the  shares   should  have been  halted   at   8.30  AM   Calgary  time  and  10.30  AM   Eastern   to  prevent  people  from  trading   on  inside  information    but   as  you  can  see   inspite  of  the  shareholders  paying  out    25.2  million   AGAIN   (  remember   16.4  million  was  paid  out  in  2010 )   this  is   strictly   A BUSH  LEAGUE   OPERATION .
