What you have is a failed merger from February and a bunch of negative news by Nova Bancorp priced into the market.
I am of the firm opinion that word of merger approval will price the stocks based on the monthly dividend and that will be a minimum of $3 per share for Spyglass which would be .54 minimum for Charger and $3.90 for Pace.
