Grossmarkup, I respectfully disagree with your statement 

So as shareholders we have no reason to sell at these low levels.

I would say that if a cash offer came in then you might get enough shareholders to take the bait. Cash is king in these bad markets. I have no idea how many shares traded hands in the last little while plus anybody who held btc before the split has BEX shares which appears to be gaining momentum. Cash is king in these market conditions.

 

The other possibility is that if Coro was concerned about BTC shares going into unfriendly hands then they should offer a similar deal that GRO did. They remove the majors shares off the market, they keep the whiners from whining over management fees and they get the 1 mil in cash. As long as the percentage was reasonable, I would be in favor for that deal.
