The La Encantada Silver Mine is an underground mine located in the northern Mexico State of Coahuila, 708 km northeast of Torreon. The Cerro Los Gatos Mine is located around 120 kms south of Chihuahua City, Mexico.

Hey ziggy1.. yesterday silver moved zero % and FR moved up 5%..  

Coming to conclusions from 1 day is meaningless.. 

To get a better idea of reality just check past performance..

For eg you will see that during the 2 & 1/2 months between mid July 2012 and the end of September Silver went up about 25% whereas FR went up over 60%.. and that was during a period of low sentiment for PM stocks.. How they/FR will perform in comparison to the POS during times of high sentiment is of course another matter.... 

..and that time will surely come.. sooner or later..
