RE: trust broken ...Your comments are spot on. Until uncertainty is removed - specially in this market - rpl will remain in the penalty box. IMHO a quick clear decision to cut the dividend in half is better by far than trying to muddle through for a couple of months and would restore confidence to the market that the company can meet capex and debt reduction.
