they do have a little too much debt.  but we are at a pretty significant discount to NAV   1.36  vs NAV of 2.58  ---- market is probalby figuring that they are going to have to lower the dividend.  ( probably priced in at the 17% level)..     looks like today was the climatic sell should turn soon. ( short term anyway) ..
