What happen when it hit 60 cents?
What happen when it hit 60 cents? Almost exactly two years ago CEC hit .60 cents and they were not even close to getting the application in. Is it coal is out of favor. That makes no sense since the Koreans and Japanese still want it or they would not be investing in this project. There we some folks that held good size positions and sold out, but why aren't they coming back now? Junior gold miners are going through the same thing. KOL just hit a new all time low in 8 April 2013 and has formed a single bottom. In Nov 2011 the chart did a triple bottom and shot up and CEC was at .22. that triple bottom took a month, month and half to form. Maybe we are going to get another triple bottom, then up. Could be a nice summer if that happens. I would be very pleased to be back at .25. Any thoughts?
