That's not management's style. Besides, Thunderbird is already totally written off and then some, as far as the market is concerned. IMO, management doesn't pay much attention to the price du jour, they are focused on fundamentals.

SND will consolidate just as soon as - and not before - institutional investors create sufficient incentive for doing so. As to why 10:1 and not 5, 5:1 would put the stock well below $2, too close to $1 for comfort in the event of a (IMO, very likely) general market sell-off. (When SSL split 5:1 it was $1.50 and climbing.) And we will not (ever) have equity financing or acquire new debt unless it is required to sign a done deal that is highly accretive for shareholders.

I have resumed (cautiously) buying SND.
